Drywall is great for warmth and sound deadening.
But installed in the damp outside air, 70deg against 10deg, without constant full envelope heating and dehumidifying?
I would give it about a year or two before it gets moldy swells and starts to fall off the screws.
What about concrete board or spray foamed metal sheets?
