Mark, I also find this development amazing, but like Richard have been a bit early to the plate so to speak. I had a productive period of only plant based eating for 10 years as well, and to be honest it was a blast, absolutely loved it. Then I met the wife who didn't really agree with it (and nor my colleagues at my new job, which basically involved killing animals). I now enjoy a good steak for sure, but would happily go without for long, long periods with good alternatives at a decent price. Normalised because they taste great, full stop.
