Spent the holiday with family and the fog lights. I cleaned the plastic outer housing very well, it is glass fibre reinforced nylon which takes paint quite well. After hand washing them a few times I ran them through the dishwasher on hi-temp sanitary cycle. Then I painted them with satin black Krylon Dual plastic paint. I got 2 good coats on them and they look like new. I decided to deviate from original and got yellow lens. They are aftermarket URO brand but look really good.
