Last night I steamed some Broccoli, while I made a Cheddar Cheese sauce with some cream, milk, butter, a bit of flour and a dash of nutmeg...in the little 1 Qt sauce pan...Heat on low bring it to just below boil, mix in ingredients while stirring and before you know it voila cheese sauce over Broccoli..
