That's interesting, haven't heard of that yet.
When I'm on the forum homepage, I press end on my keyboard and click on off topic, it's in the middle of the screen. Much quicker to press the end button than it is scrolling! Does this work for you, or is the off topic area just missing from your forum homepage?
