Walmart is supposedly a 'uuge purchaser of solar. Perhaps they are opening a local branch? Same with Google and probably other tech companies or anyone with localized needs in the boonies or who might be vulnerable to natural disasters. Puerto Rico still is 50% without power. Need to advertise. People don't know what they are missing. But first they will need to receive a complete cost benefit analysis and run it through five levels of bureaucratic oversight ending with HR.
