So here's what we know.
On two separate nights two cars that we can't even tell if they are the same one or not drove down a residential street which happens almost never
We don't know if they are black, blue, green, red, or orange.
We never see them stop.
We don't see anyone get out and walk up to houses.
We have no plate number.
And we expect the police to do exactly what with that info?
