Turns out I’m not that slow! My new oyster knife is blistering fast. It’s a New Haven style knife. Thinner tip, and it’s curved a tiny bit. I don’t have to push that hard to insert just past the hinge.
First time buying from Bodega Oyster Company. Closer to home. Same price as my favorite. Tomalas Bay Oyster Co. I went to the hog island place once. The condition of the outhouses turned me off forever.
