PARF is a magical place where people can show their true selves, and stop PRETENDING to be something they are not.
Yes, people's true selves are often
ugly, offensive, and downright disturbing.
But rarely are we afforded the chance to see reality on display in such a wonderful fashion.
IF you have the courage to face what is real and give up the PC confines of our comfortable faux existences.
It is definitely not for everyone, I can't recall who first said "it's not for the thin-skinned" but a greater understatement would be hard to find.
This thread is full of folks who do not fit that bill by their own admission.
