Yes, I've been doing track time for 20+ years and am a PCA Instructor. As Nickshu pointed out, I was surprised that most people there had zero track time. It really showed on the track as well. I had the best lap times of 24 people in my group and I passed at least 1-2 cars on every lap. (usually about 3-4 cars spaced out on the track at a time.)

Yes, I understand the money versus time on the track statement, but for mere mortals like myself, getting seat time in a 2017 GT3 RS was well worth it. I paid around $610 for 8 laps driving the RS and 3 laps for my wife in a GT3 as a ride along.
