Yeah I remember seeing them for this. Also, the '74 and '75 US Carrera as someone already said were considered jokes by many - also including me. I also thought my car (a '75 S) was a joke too. It was too hard to turn down for $4900 in 2012. Everyone thought midyears were at their very best when they were parted out. These tables were turned as well - and now there aren't many '74 and '75 coupes and Targas left in the world. Go figure.
