Those '65 Impala convertibles in the first photo are promotional models, which were handed out by dealerships to buyers/customers as favors/incentives.
My uncle sold Chevies, Olds, and Caddies and I remember he gave me a '56 to play with. I don't remember what happened to it or when, but I probably tore it up by the time the '58s came out.
You should be able to find a pretty good indication of their value by checking ebay. I'm sure they're worth more if you have the boxes. Wow, check this out:

None of that other stuff is worth much of anything unless someone needs it for parts. That red '57 looks like a Cox .049 powered tether racing model. I have an old Chaparral 2C with the same undercarriage/engine someone gave me.
