The picture above, cool picture, but that car looks halfassed to me.
The front bumper/nose is way to high , you can see the under pan.
Is that a model that is supposed to have a bumper attached to it??
Looks like they forgot to put a front spoiler on that, which obviously for a 356 would look like a joke as they aren't that fast anyway.
I was in the Museum this year, they had a line up of 356'es, all in to much clearcoat..
felt underwhelming up close. There are much nicer bodies from that design period
Now they may have been great to drive compared to other cars in the era. But design wise, bit meh.
I generally don't find many cars from the 45-55 era very "sexy".. The big design movement then was happening in the US , Europe was still licking it's wounds.
Now i don't say you can't have some cool pics with some 356es.. especially outlaw modded cars.. But the original 356'es to me look well, they mostly just are an evolution towards the 904 & 911.

That 356 has been decambered and stripped down for racing. Take the bumpers and hubcaps off and lower the rear end so the nose sticks up, then get down on the ground and take picture of it and almost any car will look half-assed.
