I've never addressed it in the Volt other than to put the window up. My 356 coupe has the same issue, as did Saab's 93/96 models. I fixed the problem with my coupe the same way the Saab factory did it - with a little triangle of plexiglass at the upper rear corner of the window. I guess it could work on the Volt, too.
