Its intriguing to think of show car goals, which make something like that worth it. I think disturbing the old wiring on these girls is somewhat of a risk for a driver, but perhaps the results for you would be worth incurring that. Ironically, I bought a new fire extinguisher for mine today - Costco has a good sized one for $12 right now rated for electrical fires.
