Step #1: Acetone. Continue rubbing until the liquid evaporates itself
Step #2: 90% or better isopropyl alcohol, lint free paper towels (Kimwipes), again, don't stop moving until the alcohol evaporates completely
Step #3: 99% alcohol, dust free, bag sealed sterile latex gloves, clean room with HEPA filtering, individually wrapped high grade wipes...
This will get your windows clean. Might be a bit of overkill, but it WILL work
