Well...After 2 hours with towel head support (actual spoke understandable english) the AT&T stuff is working. It took that long for him to listen to me as to what it was doing wrong before he could reset the resetup the modem/router. Evidently when they installed the static IP addresses they messed up the settings.

It would have been a LOT less hassle if they would have included the static IPs on the install ticket like they were supposed to and the installer would have made sure it worked before he left.

Still not 100% Confident in the setup on this modem/router. Before, besides wifi it wasn't even routing wired connections.

The frustrating thing is that I had to go throught the support guy's troubleshooting steps and after he had gone thru all his steps and was ready to sent a tech out he actually listened to what I said the problem was and made a couple of changes that looks like it fixed it. If he would have listened in the first place the call would have only taken 15 minutes.
