Had fried beef balogna, egg, and cheese on a toasted slider bun this morning. There were no wait staff present so it was self serve. In fact, it was DIY cooking as well. They are way understaffed at Richard's Kitchen. But they do come up with some surprisingly good stuff.
Really like the pulled pork, salsa, and provolone omelet. Also recommend the jacked up hash brown fries with egg, green chili's, Monterey Jack cheese, and chipotle ranch dressing (it's really leftover southwestern green chili fries from The Garage, with eggs scrambled in and grated cheese on top, but it's still good).
