So my man cave build I will need two overhead garage doors . I had a local guy come give me a quote . He's 3rd generation garage door installer so I have no doubts on his ability . We talked car stuff for an hour while he was here . Anyway here is what I need and his quote , I'm not looking for the cheapest but just want to make sure we're in the " fair ballpark " .

1.Two standard white insulated raised panel doors 10 ' tall x 9 ' wide with windows in top panel . Windows have no dividers just the glass .

2.I will purchase two Chamberlain wall mount jackshaft door openers and he will install them.

3.He stated he uses commercial quality door track/hardware vs. residential quality so I'm assuming heavier duty.

Total price $2500.00 . Would like some feedback on if that price is in the ballpark ? I tried going on HD and Lowe's websites but couldn't get pricing on 10 x 9 . Tried CL and couldn't get a firm price from anyone there either . I'm about 4 - 6 weeks away from needing the doors so I have time to shop around if needed . I forgot the name of the doors he said he would use but he said they are NOT entry level doors more mid pack for quality/price .

I have just under 12 ' ceiling so they will be mounted close to the ceiling . I asked him if an extension kit would be needed he said no . With the 10 ' door height and the standard radius of the door track he said it would be close to the ceiling anyway . I'm assuming center mounted door springs . Just need another set of eyes to help me with the pricing . Thanks
