First to pricing: $1250 per door doesn't seem bad with glass in one panel as long as this is an insulated door which being on your man cave I'm assuming it will be.

Why not just install the doors yourself? It's really not rocket science. The first one, there will be a learning curve. The second one will be easy. I have Clopay doors in my garage that utilize "residential" quality tracks. Over 20 years old and still humming along. The biggest difference if I had to guess would be plastic versus steel rollers.

BTW, you might want to check to make sure he's using external springs as I think the chamberlain jackshaft opener requires that type of spring. I don't think they can be used on internal torsion spring type doors IIRC.
