Why not just install the doors yourself? It's really not rocket science. The first one, there will be a learning curve. The second one will be easy. I have Clopay doors in my garage that utilize "residential" quality tracks. Over 20 years old and still humming along. The biggest difference if I had to guess would be plastic versus steel rollers.
BTW, you might want to check to make sure he's using external springs as I think the chamberlain jackshaft opener requires that type of spring. I don't think they can be used on internal torsion spring type doors IIRC.

I agree it's not rocket science to do myself but something I have never done before . And I have never installed a jackshaft type of opener . Sure I can save a few bucks doing myself but I think I'll have the pro do it and be done with it . Appreciate the feedback .
