Quart of water with apple cider vinegar to start. Then a cup of tea with honey and cream. If it's a workout morning I get that done, then a cappuccino made with ½ decaf and ½ regular bean mix. If I'm lazy (no workout) I go straight to the cappuccino with my pb&J. Water throughout the day & usually a cup of tea after lunch.
When it's screaming hot in the summer I'll make "Italian Sodas" from seltzer water (make it) and Torani Syrup. If I'm really feeling it I'll make lemon or Limeade from scratch and add the seltzer.
Our water here is excellent, so never buy bottled, sodas, tea drinks. They're all too sweet for us. On the rare occasion I'll get a taste for a root beer or cream soda.
