Our Marineland was about ten miles down the road from us so I visited many times... another obscure factoid, they had a tank with a walrus, walrus have a interesting feeding technique where they can stir up the muddy bottom of the sea by blasting a powerful stream of water out their mouth. As people would circle around his tank to view the walrus he would randomly pop up out of the water and blast someone in the face with a stream of water.
Next to the new resort there in a nature interpretive area with a small museum, they have a room dedicated to Marineland memorabilia.
