I’m leaning toward the summit limited, it’s $700 bucks more than the base. But I like the looks of the case hardening.

Buy something nice. Once you buy it you're stuck with that gun as it is unless you sell it. For a few dollars more you can buy a work of art that's a pleasure to hold and look at for the rest of your life. I don't think you'll ever regret getting the nicest one you can purchase comfortably.
