First of all, this is a great thread! What a great idea to just post up random things that we are doing that are good for us. Well done, Baz.

Tobra...interesting recommendation on the support stockings (even if you think you don't need them)...especially coming from you with your credentials.

Can you elaborate a little on the why/benefit, and maybe make a recommendation on a comfortable pair for the average joe (who doesn't think he needs them)?
