The VS-5 was one of many experimental fast torpedo boats. Many of them were hydrofoils and others were designed as semi-submersibles. It was called the Versuchs Schnellboot. It was supposed to have a 20mm cannon and two 21 inch torpedo tubes. There is little information beyond this prototype.
