I've found that once in a great while a product will impress me beyond what I might expect based on either price or reputation. Something that you don't know how you did without or just plain works better than competitors.
One item for me is the Thermoworks budget pen thermometer. Have had mine (slightly different model) for years now and it has greatly improved my cooking. at $19 currently on sale it's a must. super fast and high quality it is head and shoulders above other brands.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
I believe we all make mistakes but I will not validate your poor choices and/or perversions and subsidize the results your actions.
