My two favorite things to do would involve art museums and restaurants. You can Google which museums are there faster than I can type them, but there is some world class art available to view. It's probably too late to get into the truly great restaurants in New York but there are 1000 others that are worthy of consideration. Again, I don't know your tastes but I would strongly suggest you look and see what's available to you there.
