On the subject of cams for modified engines, Wayne's book on engine rebuild has a table of typical modified engines.
For the 3.0 -> 3.2 conversion with 46 carbs it recommends "S" or GE80 cams. Does anyone know who manufactures the GE80 cams?
For the 3.2 -> 3.4 conversion with 46 carbs it recommends "S" cams.
