GE 80 cams are Garretson Enterprises. Jerry Woods Enterprises is a good source for these. There's other cam makers like Elgin and Dougherty Racing that have profiles just like the GE cams.

The key here to what you mention for cams is that the carbs allow those cam profiles to be used with those engines. The tighter lobe separation angle, high lift cams like the S or GE80 cams typically do not agree with the CIS or Motronic injection. Additionally, those engines have an offset, semi-wedge piston dome with moderate compression ratio/dome volume to complement the CIS or Motronic injection and single spark plug heads. Whereas the S or GE80 cams are more conducive to carbs or MFI and the pistons are symmetric dome pistons with higher compression ratio.
