Ahmet - I remember you were looking into the Magnaflow product as exhaust replacement for your 44.

I was checking it out as well for my 51, but it seems Magnaflow lits vendors on their website that either haven't heard of their product, or simply are not Magnaflow dealers.

So I called the techline and got a number for dealer location, but cannot get an answer at that number. In addition, I asked the tech guy if, for our cars, which locates the muffler about 14" away from the rear of the car, it is necessary to purchase a muffler, cut the tip off and weld on an extended tip (Magnaflow offers both). The guy said that method would look like s**t, and reccomended buying a SS universal muffler with a simple inlet and outlet, and welding the tip to that.

Well, after I hung up, it occurred to me that the website does not indicate whether the inlet/outlet and tip sizes are ID or OD, and doesn't really say if the universal mufflers are also flow-through, or come fully polished...?

I know you did some research on this - what did you find out about dealers and components? Did you have particular pieces in mind?
