Because of some questionable neighbors and past problems I'm looking for an in car security camera. I'm unsure if I need to look at a standard in car camera or a camera that mounts to a house but instead use it in the car.

Requirements:
-is wireless (car is 100ft from the house in assigned parking with nowhere to run cables)
-records, not streams
-has night vision
-can clearly read license plates from 20-30 feet away
-preferably is 360* so can record without blind spots
-and can record vicinity not just up close

Does such a thing exist? If so, does anyone use one? Or am I better off looking at a home security camera and mounting it inside the car? Normally I would be looking at a garage but that isn't an option right now so camera is next best. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
