I have investigated this. The short answer is it expensive! A new motor is about $18k plus install. A full rebuild of an existing motor is about $18k. The LN upgrade to a 3.6 or 3.8 from the 3.4 with some goodies on top of that AND with the new IMS bearing is more. Opening up the engine and not doing pistons, cylinders, rods, rings, valves etc and the IMS, plus a new clutch and flywheel might be a teardown but not exactly a proper rebuild.
