Help looking at buying this 911SC backdated to RS style

I'm looking at selling my 996Turbo and getting into the AirCooled market. As my budget isn't particularly high, I'm likely to have to stick with an SC. I don't know a whole lot about the differences between the years of each model, but I know the generic information about an SC that I've read online/reviews.

A mechanic friend put me in touch with the seller of 911SC, and is looking to sell off-market for ease.

I haven't got a whole lot of information, nor photos, yet, but here's what I have so far:
  • 911SC with original stock 3.0 engine
  • 120k miles
  • 915 gearbox
  • RSR conversion with Fibreglass panels
  • No evidence of an engine rebuild
  • "No" rust, with paint profesionally done ~4 years ago as part of an advertisement campaign and has been rarely used since

This is currently the only photo I have:

And here's the advertisement video of it, where it features, for some better angles:

Is there anything you can spot that I'd need to know about? Interior, exterior, etc.

Anything that stands out as good/bad?

Particular questions I need to ask the dealer?

Roughly, how much would be fair (in USD)?

I appreciate the markets are different between the UK/US, but any assistance would be ideal.
