Sorry SpyderMike. I got confused.
I think this is what you wanted:
With the headlight flasher changeover relay removed....
1) "old" direction warning blinker indicator relay installed - No bright lights, No turn signals
2) "new" direction warning blinker indicator relay installed - Turn signals and emergency
flasher work but no bright lights
