The big question I would have is how was the paint done? Bare metal? Sprayed over the original? Windows in or windows out? Fenders and doors off? etc.
Otherwise it's a tired SC that probably needs engine and gearbox love in the next few years. And suspension and brakes could probably use attention. It's like my 74, but newer. I'll throw it out there at $25k, but on BaT my $25k sells for $32k.
