OMG this sounds of heaven.
I am on the paleo/atkins diet. I cheat with light beer which are 5 carbs each.
Perspective. 1/2 cup of almonds - 6-8 carb grams. They are massively satisfying. Cottage cheese - 4 grams per half cup. It's ice cream.
1/4 cup of lima beans. 22 grams of carbs. Blows you out of the water as far as numbers.
