This ticks me off too, especially when they are in a turn lane and you are going on through the intersection to pass them then they start to swing into my lane.

Here people drive across the double yellow down the street leaving a good 6' of clearance between them and the parked cars. If you are that bad at judging distance, please don't drive. The buses are the worst. I could drive on their side between them and the parked cars, literally.
I also hate puling up to an intersection and find people cutting the corner into my lane and then give me a dirty look because I nearly hit them. People like this make me hope they are the first to get a self driving car so I can mess with it.
