I couldn't believe what was coming out of her mouth!
Afterwards I tried to explain to her my concerns and yet it was like missiles over her head. She just didn't get why I'd be unhappy about it.
And why do they twist things? You tell them what the issue is and then they come back with the reason it's someone else's fault!
