Hi group,

The windshield of my 996 had a small chip. It was previously repaired, however it's continued to spread.

I don't think I want to replace the windshield with an aftermarket piece. I'd like to have an OEM windshield.

Any reason I should consider aftermarket, other than cost? Also, Safelite glass performed the repair previously. Any recommendations to where have it replaced?
