I don't know if they fit, it's just that I think you'd have an easier time fitting Boxster brakes than 996 brakes.
I do, however, recall someone on the Board fitting Boxster brakes to an SC, so I'm sure it can be done on the late model 3.2s. Try a search for "Boxster calipers".
