I do maybe 80% online and have similar experiences. I needed a new caliper and its just simpler to get reman local instead of shipping twice... I had to wait for ~15 while they figured out how to process a core. What? Turns out the issue was I ordered online, picked up in store and returned to the store, for some reason thats pushing the limits. Simpler to just print a shipping label.
