All you Vegas haters, I get it you don't like the strip, no problem so don't go there.
Too late for me the room and airplane tickets are all booked.
We will not have a car, just uber/lyft to/from airport.

I googled mapped the area and searched 'steak house' and I am actually overwhelmed with possibilities.
Yes I know it is going to be expensive (but I'm a middle class guy so would like to keep below $100 each (wife and I, a little less would be better but looking at menus online +$100 a plate is possible), This is going to be our one big splurge for the trip(it is my birthday trip), probably be eating $1.99 foot long hotdogs the rest of the trip
