All the 2,2 heads shared the same valve sizes. You should be able to upgrade those Zeniths for your application.

FWIW. A good friend of mine has a '71 E. It has K&N air cleaners, sport muffler, S pistons from a 2,2, and PMOs. It sounds like a sport bike. A sweet running car.
