So, I did a first yesterday.
It was my first time to cook Salmon.
Grilled it on a Charbroil Smoker Roaster Grill, SRG.
Put cherry wood chips in the SRG smoker box and fired it up on high, takes about 10 minutes to start smoking.
Pulled the Salmon out of the fridge, a skin on filet.
Hit it with some lemon juice, and black pepper. Can't use no more salt because of the TIA.
Once the grill was smokin, put the 1 inch filet skin side down on the grill for 10 minutes.
Ate it with some garlic toast made from whole wheat slider buns, and broccoli with cheese.
It was kind of expensive, but was good. Will be doing that again.
