Every six months I go to see my skin cancer/dermatologist doc. He burns off anything that is a basil cell carcinoma, squamous.. or a dodgy looking solar keratosis. My sister had a melanoma so I'm cautious. I see it as being like paying protection money to the mob. If I pay up reguarly hopefully nothing really bad will happen to me.
