Yea, then the local computer guy (or gal) beats furiously on the keyboard but never moves their fingers off of the center row of keys, NEVER touch a mouse or the the space bar or enter or have to hit backspace. Just the A to L keys and they can enhance the reflection off of a chrome bumper and read the license number from the car next to it from a video image.

Many movies show satellite images that can identify an individual. We can fly from just 3,000 feet and individuals humans can be seen, but not identified which is which. When we use a UAV you can identify an individual but we are just 100 feet above them.
