if you're truly concerned about the marque, i would think you'd like porsche to be economically viable well into the future.
if there were no cayenne's or macan's or even panamera's there may not even be a porsche. they've got to survive just like everybody else.
unless folks like you want to put their money where their mouth is and start buying new 911/cayman's in large numbers so they can focus on just being a sports car manufacturer. a pipe dream in today's economy.
we all have a vested interest in seeing porsche be successful i would think...
