Boxster brakes on an SC
I put a full set of boxster calibers and carrera cross-drilled rotors on my 82 SC. As Bill said, the braking is only slightly improved. My cost:
4 Boxster calipers and rotors: $550.00 (Ebay)
4 Cross-drilled rotors: $300.00
Pads all-round: $125.00
Caliper adapters from TRE motorsports: $400.00
Sold Boxster rotors: $150.00
Net cost is about: $1275
Oh forgot $30 for red caliper paint and $5 for Porche stencils
