Better yet, who approved a doubledecker bus for the city, when said city had to reroute a myriad of overhead wires, relate stop lights etc.
The $844,000 bus was "unveiled...as a way to reduce carbon emissions." And yet it roams the city's streets mostly empty most of the day.
And did I mention it was bought with Federal "grant" money - so of course the city HAD to buy it or risk losing said grants.

That bridge has been there since the 70's when I went to school there, it's not a surprise. You'd think during driver training someone would have pointed it out
